To vent my Frustrations, I am not the type of Person, that gets in a bad Mood, what I usually do is, go out to my Garden and work on my Plants, and sit on a Chair to listen to the Birds sing their melodies. That let's me forget whatever was bothering me, but if I stay indoors, I feel worse than I did before. To me that is great therapy, and I always recommend it to my Friends.

I always have my drums set up.
Well, except for now...they're in the truck for band practice today LOL.
I rarely have frustrations from other sources than myself. Just not worth it to add the extra stress. Usually it is something I missed, forget to do, or could not complete within my own schedule. I believe in my world if the stress level is rising...switch gears and get something done. The feeling of accomplishment helps.
