I came across it earlier and now I love it, is it too weird?

DON'T talk about a marina type thing! Or pearl harbor, if I wanted to make people sad I would call my child pearl harbor. There are a lot of other harbors that have never been bombed.......

Good name for a place to park a boat.
Not sure why anyone would name a baby that though.
Of course I'll never know why someone with a family name Dover would name their son Ben also.

No. The only reason I think it doesn't sound good is I think of Pearl Harbor which was a horrible tragedy...sooo harbor is not a good name.

And P.S. You can't tell us what to talk about and not talk about in our answers to you. You asked the question and we are telling you what we think. And Harbor definitely evokes images of marinas and Pearl Harbor because that's what it is.

Harbor is ok--for a girl. I think it would be asking for trouble for a boy. :) I think it sounds romantic--and I promise, Pearl Harbor is not what I thought of first!!! I actually thought of 'safe harbor' or 'harbor in a storm'... :) Good luck (because I say hey, why not???)

i only like harbor if it is before springs or hills and is talking about a dock, dont name your child harbor

eww, its an ugly name, i use to live by a city with that name. it totally killed it for me.. negativity, negativity, thats all you'll hear from me. I hate harbor!! the people there are so weird!! burn the harbor! pearl harbor! ahhh help!! the japs are back!!!

I don't think it's horrible. Go for it. Your child will probably be the class with that name though.

Id never heard of that before, but once ive heard it i reallyy like it as well. i think its really cool and unusual, so id recommend it. =]
i dont like common names, like sarah, jennifer, cody, brett, etc.
my names shelby which is kinda uncommon but i do think harbor is awesome =D
