The point of life is to have as much fun as possible. Some people think it is fun to have kids and families so more power to them. My goal is just to do what makes me happy.

Im still young being only 18 and still got a to learn about life. But life for me at the moment is just live everyday how ever you want it just as long as what you've done is worth it. Have a family one day is still a long way off but I like kids they bring so much enjoyment into your life. And one day seeing my kids happy will make my life worth living till the end. And hopefully it will be a happily ever after

Unless there is a God, life has no meaning, no point, no purpose. Purpose and meaning, by definition, requires an intelligence that gave us life and at the same time, gave us a purpose for that life. Evolution is a mindless natural process that cannot give purpose. We cannot ask evolution why we are here on this earth.

Nor can we invent our purpose, e.g. to make a family, unless we are claiming to have created ourselves. If we reject God, then we're going to invent something to do that will make us feel good about ourselves. Without God, the use-of-life that we invent is always to gather meaningless good feelings.

But if we accept that God might exist, then we can immediately see that God must have put our need for meaning into our human nature in order to point us to seek Him. So for those who admit that we may have been created, our purpose is to seek our Creator.
