Theres some kind of rock that moves across deserts supposedly by themselves? Whats the name of these rocks can anyone tell me?

They don't really have a name but have been referred to as Mysterious "Sliding Rock" at Racetrack Playa, Death Valley National Park, California. You can see photos of them on the internet at Webshots.com by going to their index directory of images under "Rocks".
