As soon as I saw that article, (being a huge dog lover) I knew it was a Mexcian Hairless Dog that was probably hit by a car. :/ So, yes, it's a dog.

Clearly it is some species of canine.
The question is more is this a new species, perhaps just a genetic freak, or maybe hybrid, etc, etc, etc?
To boot is this really the chupacabra or is the chupacabra still a myth or something else.

Well I am not surprise if that creature is. I am still a little skeptical since anyone in today's world would do anything for attention. But the creature in the photograph did look to be one from the canine speices, possibly an evolutionary acestor of a dog.

thats probably fake, i've seen many pictures of people claiming they found it, if that was true it would have been all over the news, but i heard the government was hiding something about it.
i dont know it COULD be that, but people discribe it as a big fly with glowing red eyes
