This one's a little vague but I'll try to narrow it down. Late 70's maybe early 80's. The quote is: "Oh Tommy(?), don't eat that, it'll make you sick." I think it was Louise Fletcher saying it, and possibly to Brad Dourif, who was sitting on the floor eating the brain or some other organ of a human being (fellow patient?). Brad Dourif, (if it was that actor), didn't realize he was doing this and was possibly in some type of mental ward. I believe there were some worms floating around in between his psychosis, but I may be confussed with an episode of Star Trek TNG on this part. I think the movie had something to do with time/reality jumping...maybe? I've checked on IMDB but can't find it. This has been bugging me for awhile, anyone got an idea?

...you're referring to the 1986 gory sci-fi /horror shocker, "From Beyond"; the crazed young man, on the floor eating brains was not Brad Dourif, but Jeffery Combs, who one year previous, played the crazed young scientist, with a syringe of corpse-reviving serum, in 1985's "Re-Animator. The lady who finds the brain-eating lad, and who is also his doctor, is Carolyn Purdy-Gordon, not Loius Fletcher...

...you can refresh your memory, with regards to this film, on September 11th, when MGM Home Video finally releases this shock film on DVD, in a special edition never-before-seen uncut & unrated director's version...

...check it out here!!!

Mental Institution + Brad Dourif + Louise Fletcher = One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.

The only movie I can think of with Louise Fletcher and Brad Dourif is "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest". She is nurse Ratchett and his name is Billy and he is a mental patient. She's chastising him for having had sex with this girl and he ends up killing himself...I think he slit his wrists.
Fletcher was in "Invaders From Mars" in the 80s which could have involved some brain eating...but I don't think Dourif was in that one. I don't know if this helps.
