I have been asking for help in my math problems yet some people just answer that they won't answer or do my HOMEWORK even though it's not homework at all...They are too narrow minded I just wanna compare my answers to theirs...it's even tiring to type the questions in math especially exponents.
So, why is this site called answers.yaoo.com whenin fact people don't answer well...they even insult others instead of helping them. I just want to voice out my opinion. Thank you for listening.

Some people ask about ten questions that are almost identical. These questions are obviously for homework.
If they were being truthful, they should ask one or two questions only in order to understand the method of solution.
The other questions can then be done by the person posting the questions.

because there are some ppl who take advantage of this site. I usally help when I check and see how many questions they have asked recently because if some asks about math 10 times a day well they may be taking advantage of the site. Im sorry that ppl have ruined the site pretty much. Good luck in math,it never sounds like it is part of life but really it is so dont stop trying and dont be afraid to ask for help!

The reason some people don't answer very well, is because they think that you are using this as a crutch to your homework. The reason you are in school (hope, you are) is so that you will learn from your teachers and mentors. By asking questions which to them are questions that you can learn in school, they think that you may not be listening to what the teachers are telling you.
It's a really great feeling when you can find an answer that you can proudly say that you did all by yourself.

because a lot of people just copy and paste their math homework into here. and it's totally obvious when someone's doing that. and people who like to answer legitimate questions and help other people understand things they want to know about, get irritated by people who just want someone else to do their homework.
If you are getting that response then it must really look like you're just copying your homework into the question.
If you really just wanna compare answers, then how about offering the answer you got? That would make ppl much more inclined to help you.

Firstly, no one knows whether is it really the truth or not.
Secondly, if you really wish to compare answers, you should try typing out the solutions first. It is also EXTREMELY tiring for others to type their solutions. It would be easier for you to type out the answers and for others to pin-point the mistakes.
Thirdly, I do not like insulting others, and has never done so.
