Randy Orton IS cleared. He is suspected to be at tonight's tapings of RAW.
Batista is also cleared because he will feature at Unforgiven in a big way. I just saw the SD! spoilers.
WWE will not suspend main eventers like Cena, Orton, Batista because they sell merchandise and, like Vince, put asses in seats to watch them perform
