Since your employer will not put a ban at the time of your present visa cancellation, you can ask him a no objection letter (not the release) addressed to the immigration dept to waive 6 months ban.

The other option is If you are under professional category and your proposed employer is ready to provide you a new work visa, then also it will workout. You can get canceled your present visa without ban and comeback on the new visa.

Good luck.

As far as I know, NOC is only to allow you to change the sponsorship of visa without leaving the country. If your current company does not ban you, it mean you can still leave the country and come back immediately with another visa ie. visit or new employment visa. However, I recommend you double check with the visa section of your new employer for the correct detail. And yes, in case you got banned, you can pay to release yourself. The cost is up to the profession of your career.

Honestly, I didn't see anything wrong with your nose, it fits your face just fine. Just know that nose jobs can change a persons face dramatically sometimes. And if anything, the only reason why you might think you have a larger nose than normal is because it only appears that way because your chin is a little small. But don't add that as another problem.
