You seem as confused about spelling as food, you need to know the difference between fried and afraid, and batter and better. Perhaps it's all a matter of education, lacking access to information is part of the problem.

Basically we're made to eat natural foods, not stuff shops have processed. The food industry has taken all the good tasting stuff and separated it from the good for you stuff. So junk food has super high sugar, fat and salt, mega flavourings and not much else. As a child we are exposed to this stuff and naturally want it because we don't know any better. We then have a big job re-educating our tastes.

The middle-class go to posh restaurants that serve good tasting natural food, something you can't get from packets, they travel to countries where food hasn't been mucked about with, they get interested in cooking and then eat better.

Basically avoid processed stuff, eat fresh, eat fish, meat veg and bread. Avoid fat sugar and salt, hidden away in junk food.
Learn to drink as part of a meal rather than to get hammered. Enjoy walking, sport or swimming and your health will improve.

But above all the very first thing you should do is to stop smoking. It's the first thing on a doctors list.

Your first meal of the day should be a small bowl of lightly stewed puns, you can add dates and reasons to taste.
Lunch could centre around something like a freshly made homonym dip with a tossed thesaurus salad.
For late afternoon tea you might fancy a spicy snack such as anagrams on toast, garnished with a light irony sauce.

My friend Di-et far too much. When we Meat up, I am never on time, so you could say she is a Wait Watcher !!! She has this lovely way of saying hello, she gives me a little Microwave. wow, you really need to go back to grammar school.

and to eat BATTER... all you gotta do is make it and then eat it? which is kinda gross, i prefer to cook/bake my food.
