no, there isnt solid proof. god is in the same catagory as ghosts, bigfoot, lochness monster, ufos, bermuda triangle, area 51, god.
all of these have firm believers and people who claim to have come in direct contact with them
but non of them have actual proof.

To answer your question, this world is so skeptical and constantly needs concrete evidence to prove the existence of something. Life kind of comes out as a balance--even if there were "solid proof" as you've asked about , there would still be others that would say that there is"solid proof" that God doesn't exist. What it comes down to, I think, is that the God exists for people on many different levels, and for some, they don't even refer to Him as God. The existence of God relies hugely on faith alone. If you have it, that is the only solid proof one needs.

You will get a load of answers, a debate, atheists and Christians arguing over this question.
There is not solid proof. If we had solid proof the whole world would believe in God.
But God's nature is not physical, so there's no point in looking for a solid proof.
It's like looking for a machine gun in a bookstore. Solid Proofs and Spiritual Truths just don't belong in the same category.

All you have to do is get out in the woods and see the beauty of nature, then get on the lake real early in the morning as see the beauty of the mist rising off the lake.
Then you will see none of that happened at random. It is too odered so it could only have been created by God.

Solid? No. I believe that love exists without proof beyond what I feel. I believe that wind stirs my hair and shakes my trees and cannot see it. I feel that there is a connection to all living things that cannot be seen, only felt. And that is God to me.

No solid proof he doesn't. So what's the point?
Take a philosophy course and you will find there is no evidence that anything exists including the chair you are sitting in. Nothing is absolute, nothing is perfect, nothing is possible and everything is possible.

There is proof that he did exist but that by no way can all be right about what people believe. The aboriginal people have there own gods are they wrong? I think that it is strange that allot of tribal people believe in a white god and not a tribal god.

Is there solid proof that you exist?
God you either have him or you don't.
It's that simple. You can't fit God under a microscope.
He is not a scientific experiment.
