Someone I know has epilepsy, we're not sure if it's hereditary or if they got it from falling suddenly and hard into a ditch when he was young. About twice every year, he gets petit mal seizures. He takes dilantin, but is there a natural cure that will help him to maybe get rid of his epilepsy?

Give him these two Homeopathic remedies 3 times on the first day and after just once daily, ARNICA MONTANA and NATRIUM SULF both in 200 or 1M potency. Let me know about his progress after three days. 80% chances are he will fully recover if not let me know his details exactly the way he feels them. And please remember Homeopathy treats the patient and by curing the person it cures all the disease and disorders of that person. These two medicines won't cause him any complications and do not have any side effects. I am giving these two for the fall that he had and any internal damage that they may have caused.

Take Care and God Bless you and your loved ones.

Natural Cures For Epilepsy

Epilepsy is usually treated with medication prescribed by a physician; primary caregivers, neurologists, and neurosurgeons all frequently care for people with epilepsy. In some cases the implantation of a stimulator of the vagus nerve, or a special diet can be helpful. Neurosurgical operations for epilepsy can be palliative, reducing the frequency or severity of seizures; or, in some patients, an operation can be curative

The most common form of resective surgical treatment for epilepsy is to remove the front part of either the right or left temporal lobe. A study of 48 patients who underwent this operation, anterior temporal lobectomy, between 1965 and 1974 determined the long-term success of the procedure. Of the 48 patients, 21 had had no seizures that caused loss of consciousness since the operation. Three others had been free of seizures for at least 19 years. The rest had either never been completely free of seizures or had died between the time of the surgery and commencement of the study

There is no really known cure for epilepsy, only medicinal treatments. I don't know if there are any natural things to help with it, but I wouldn't doubt it.

Some cases of epilepsy may even be treated by consuming a special diet. Referred to as the ketogenic diet, this diet entails the consumption of fat, only small amounts of meat, and small portions of low-sugar vegetables. Generally, it is only used to treat children who aren’t responding well to medication. Unfortunately, this diet frequently leads to gastrointestinal upset. It can lead to poor development.

No...and anyone who claims to have/know a "natural" cure is either ignorant or a charlatan.
