Bad Service = 20% tip
Good Service = 30% tip
Excellent Service = 40% tip and up...
Poor tipping is a pet peeve of mine. I will actually slip the waiter/waitress a $20 if the person who paid the bill skimped on the tip. I have no problem tipping more than 100% too.
Good people deserve to be recognized. Especially when your eating a $30 plate of pasta...and they're serving it to you with a genuine smile...

Never eat at a restaraunt that can't or won't tell you if their meat is full of sodium phosphates, if their "bread" is actually made from soyflour (always full of msg, because soy is refined using msg), if BHA, BHT, TBHQ, Calcium Disodium EDTA, Sodium EDTA, and other such unnecessary chemicals pollute their food!
