Wow, you've got a lot of categories here.

Assets - Accounts Receivable, accumulated depreciation bldg & equip (a contra-asset account), building, cash, equipment, interest receivable, inventory, land, prepaid insurance

Liabilities - Accounts payable, bonds payable, estimated warranty payable, income tax payable, notes payable, premium on bonds payable, salaries payable

Equity - additional paid in capital common/treasury stock transactions

I know that I haven't touched all of your categories, as there are some I haven't come across, but most of them are here.

Hope this helps!
