I think he would rather have FUN (well whatever fun means to Iggy Pop - I would like to think of it as his MUSIC actually, and not all the rest of that "paranoid frivolous" stuff). He is (some may even say WAS lol) a tortured soul, but he is/was actually quite an intelligent and articulated "man" when not possessed by his altered stage ego. Heck, why don't we hear it from the guy's own mouth:

P.S. He might have been (or acted) completely NUTS at times, and I personally think all that drugging and boozing was certainly not called for, but I don't think he ever had any doubts about much of anything (at least NOT about his Music). ... So he may not be the right person to go to if and when one's in doubt - OR IS HE? :-)

Both are good singers but I could never really get into Mick Jagger that much so Iggy is better in my opinio.. Err also I think iggy is looking healthier as long as he is wearing a shirt.
