i want a divorce because i am sick and tired of my husband he cheated on me when my babys are five months old and they are now six years old. i stayed with him all this years because my family told me to stay for the sake of my children. but sinced then everything is not the same anymore i lost my trust and love and i suffer everyday.he does'nt even know how to help me with the kids although i know he tried but only for awhile cause he got tired of the kids so easily so i ended up doing the things what he supposed to do. i know he loves our kids and so do i. i will never leave my kids to him cause his got bad temper and does'nt know how to take care of them.financially we are stable. kids goes to a private school. my question is how can i get a divorce while we are here in asia? and my kids are back in school now.please help i'm really going crazy here! were american.

Contact the divorce lawyer at the US and ask him/her for an advice. Also you can try to contact the American Embassy in where you live.

whereabouts in Asia??? You arent so bad off if your husband would be asian this case was far worse so how about contacting your American embassy and ask for some decent advice,maybe they can be some help IF they want to or otherwise some local cityhall in your city where they talk english,they should have a list of international lawyers but be aware of pricetag......still I dont understand why you stayed for all this time....your family arent taking all the crap,are they???Also for how long are you guys stationed in Asia,will it be for more than a year longer?and its only for hubbys job sake so it aint gotta do with you nor the kids so why dont you leave him and go back to USA asap and start living the life you think BEST for you and your kids

when he goes to work get the next plane out of there and file fr divorce from america. you will hae to hurry and have it all arranged so things work fast. take care.
