When you got married you both promised that you love each other in sickness and in health, in sorrow and happiness, for richer or poorer right. If you really love your husband even he can't take care of you, then you have to help him. In his condition he definitely needs you. You will be his guide. The real measurement of love is not whose able to provide for the family. Instead the real measurement of love is being with your family in times that he thinks he's incapable of doing things. Let your husband feel he's not alone. Let him feel that no matter what happened you will stay with him as long as he needs you. Because your his wife.

He needs you now more than ever, marriage is all about taking care of each other. He probably has allot of issues due to this accident, you both need counseling on how to deal with these issues. Don't give up on him, if it was the other way around you wouldn't want him to give up on you. Contact a counselor and help each other, that's what husbands and wives do for each other. If you love your husband, you need to take care of him. You married him for 'better or for worse', not when someone gets hurt you divorce him. What if the tables were turned around, don't you think he would take care of you?
You two need to do whatever it takes to take care of eachother, even if you have to hire someone to help you. My husband knows this blind man who is married with children, and they are still married until this day. Why? Because that's the commitment they made together. You're in this together!

You are the reason that mail order brides are a booming buisness and why people from other counties call American women whores, I guess this is why desperate house wives and other shows about women are so popular, they chronicle how sl-tty our women have become, they chonicle the truth.
