Absolutely. In fact, when I taught high school, I taught a lesson on the art of discreet note passing. It was impromptu... I stopped teaching adjectives for a second b/c they were so bad at passing notes- and I gave them all pointers on how... put the note in a book and pass the book... if it's a small note, you can stick it in the tube of the pen and then pass the pen. If you leave your book bag in the aisle, you can just put it in book bag then the other person reaches into the book bag as if it's theirs to take out the note. All simple! I'd say: If I don't see you pass notes, I don't catch you. If I don't catch you, we're all happy. If you don't pass your test, that's your fault.

I was the one passing notes in class, but I always got caught. Maybe because I was literally passing them...through the air

Definitely. Got busted a few times, too, but never had a teacher read a note in front of class...they were likely too weird and cryptic for anyone but my friends to understand.
A common subject of school note passing for me was the sexiness of Paul Stanley. I was gonna marry him, ya know. :)

I am in school now but, yes I pass notes all the time with my friends and we never get caught. It is fun but now days we normally just text.

I was the good girl, but that didn't stop me from passing notes! It was fun to do when class was boring, but I didn't talk.

ALL the time, then i learned sign language.IF i got caught i always told teacher i was practicing. TILL one day i was told to go to the front of the class and perform. So everytime she spoke i did sign language.
WELL, after 10 minutes i had the class rolling on the floor.( i made some great faces)

i still go to school... i havent passed notes this year though
Last year i did .. the teacher saw and at the end of the lesson she read all the notes...it was actually private , like i was arguing with a friend (some pretty embarrassing stuff in there), so i really didnt want the teacher to read it... it was so embarrassing.. we had to make up and forgive eachother in front of her and stuff....then at the end she said something like "dont let me catch you passing this rubbish in class again" .. it was soo embarrassing, i felt like screaming at her "INVASION OF PRIVACY!!!"..

I can see you were the wild child. I barely passed notes cause I'd get caught easily with the strict teacher and all.
