I believe they all use a reflex hammer
As far as any specific physician using a special hammer It would have to be one that would break bones in order to correct a problem.
Some of those might be
Neurologists/Neurosurgeon
Orthopedic Surgeon
Heart Surgeon/break chest bone to get to heart
Plastic Surgeon

you must be referring to an orthopaedic.they usually check your joints,knee and arms for reflexes with a device that looks like a hammer.its pretty harmless
