it is an imperative sentence ?
ps. I know these : copyright ABC Inc. All rights reserved.

but I don't know if write it (copy right resvered by ABC Inc.) also ok ?

you mean "All rights (are) reserved" is also a passive sentence. but which word is it's S(subject) ?

An imperative sentence is used to give orders or instructions.
Sit down.
Stand up.
Go away.

Notice that there is no subject written in these sentences. The understood subject is "You," but you should not write it or say it in most cases.

Maybe you are thinking of a passive sentence. "(The) copyright (is) reserved by ABC Inc." is a passive sentence.

"All rights (are) reserved" is also a passive sentence. The words in parentheses are omitted to save space.

Yes, that's almost right, but it might be more helpful and correct to say "the patient" instead of O, and "the agent" instead of S.

This is because the subject is still "The copyright," but it has a different role in a passive sentence. This can be confusing, though, and the way you're thinking about it probably won't cause too many problems.

It is not a sentence at all. Imperative sentences include 'Let's go.'
'copy right reserved by ABC Inc',copyright ABC Inc. All rights reserved, © ABC Inc. are probably phrases.
