I was wondering if it is possible to have a breast reduction done twice? Are there any bad effects from doing so? I think the medical insurance paid for it the first time but it may not the second time. First off I was about sixteen the first time but I did it for my psychological well being and self esteem. I mean I was about a 36 JJJ or K and did it to feel confident. I think I went down to a 36 D. Now, I am wondering if I should have waited till I was older. Did not take into account that my body could still continue till develop. I think I stayed at a 36 D for two years and then they increased a bit. I have gone up and down my weight. I am in mid twenties. Though, developed some hormone imbalance a few years ago which might have contributed. I have gotten the imbalance under control now.

36 G now, bout 5'5 150 pounds. Like to go down to a 36 B cup. Is there a limit to how many cup sizes you can go down? Recovery time shorter than it was several years back?

I have had to go to a special bra store for the past couple of years for custom made bras. I think I went down to a 36 C or D last time. I know that when I get pregnant my boobs will change or grow bigger. I just think a modest size of 36 B would be better. I hope they would only go up to a D when I do get pregnant.

Do you have to tell your surgeon what cup size you want to go down to? Do they know what will work for you?

I think a 36 B might be best for me but I am not sure.

You can get it done again I've seen other women who have, usually because their PS did not bring them down enough.

I went from a 38J to a 38C but you would have to talk to your doctor about how far you can go down, since you've already had a breast reduction, there may be some scar tissue in there that will not enable you to go to the size you want.

Recovery time will be the same, no matter how long after your previous breast reduction.

I would talk to several PS's before you choose a doctor to do your reduction.

This may not be the answer you are looking for but if they are not causing you any pain, you might learn to like them because there are a LOT of men who go for this sort of thing. You could even make a lot of money modeling too.
