does any one think El Salvador can qualify for another world cup?

El Salvador team is really bad. They do not have a good
team and played really bad. Nothing to do with civil war, but
a team needs good players, coach and trainers.
Unless a team is dedicated and win games, they have no
chance of qualifying to any WC.
