I wish to live until I die. My Grandma just turned 90. She got a pool cue for her birthday. Her doctor predicts that she will live at least another 10 years as there is nothing medically wrong with her and in fact she is healthier than people who are 20 years younger. She goes out every night to play cards, dance, shoot pool or other things,. I only hope that I can have that active of a life at her age

I try more to think about quality of life rather than quantity. At 90 if I'm bouncing all over the place doing cartwheels and jumping out of planes and my husband is still with me then yes I'd want to live to 90. But if I'm at 30 and confined to a wheelchair not being able to move anything from the waist down and in diapers all day and the love of my lie isn't even in it then i probably wouldn't even want to live to 35.

I think 80 would be good. My grandmother is 91, she lives alone, she cooks and cleans, recently she has battled with my mother and uncle over giving up her car, she's about to loose that battle. She does need some assistance but for the most part is self reliant. Most people her age live in a nursing home. Most people her age aren't in nearly as good shape. I say take me out before someone has to turn me every hour to keep me from getting bedsores.

You are kidding right?
I was 15 and I hoped to die before I turned 30.
Then in my thirties, I thought ok then, 40.

Now, I am thinking this it getting RIDICULUS.
