Ok so I have been going to school with this girl for awhile now and I really want to make friends wit her but I don't know how. I am very shy I only have one friend I have been friends with her sence kindergarden but she can be a pain some times (like moody allot) So I want another friend also but how can I make friends with her? Don't say to tell her oh hi how are you cuz stuff like that has never worked, this girl has always been nice to me, and I think she would be a good friend. How can I make friends with her with out feeling like a idiot?
ps we are 13 and gonna be in the 8th grade thats our age level
and I don't really want to be a loner this year as usual (sp?)
please don't say just talk to her, be more specific (sp)

Tell her you like the way she dresses or the way she wears her make up. You can also ask to sit next to her during lunch...wait until she's seated and walk up and ask if you can sit with her and then just start talking about something.
If she says something funny tell her you think she's funny...make sure she knows you think she's cool, fun, etc.

Ask her if she wants to go to the mall sometime or something like that.
