I'm 19, where should I "go out" in Vegas to meet 20s guys, any discos?

I'm living here in Pahrump, next to Las Vegas. Here in Pahrump is nothing to do. I want to meet Las Vegas people and find friends.

I'm single and want to meet 20s single guys. I love music and dancing. I'm 19 years old. Is there any place in Las Vegas where I can go out?

Most clubs are only for 21 old people, because of the alcohol. Aren't there any without alcohol? Or are there discos where you can go in under 21 but just can't buy alcohol.
