It should be green...that's my favorite. Unless you have red hair and then it might make you look like a leprechaun. My daughter has red hair....well sometimes (right now its purple and pink and blonde) and she still wears green though. It's also very retro.

I like neon colors so any of those, or a lime green ,pink or sky blue

bright purple! its the most amazing color...like half of my school wears it daily and it looks pretty flattering and its a very pretty color

ID HAVE TO GO WITH A BRIGHT NEON GREEN. I THINK THAT WOULD GO GOOD WITH YOUR COLOR EYES AND HAIR. YEP BRIGHT NEON GREEN IT IS.
