i took my dog to get his shots(he got one behing each leg), but about an hour later, he started throwing up and doing diarrhea. he also trembles and shakes when he sleeps. is this a reaction to the shot he got? is there any way i could help him or make him feel better? any medicine or hoime remedy?

call the vet.......NOW. If they're not open, call an emergancy vet place. Something could be wrong. I dont know, but its better safe than sorry.

call the vet now, my mom used to be a vet technition and that shouldnt happen after shots he or she is having a bad reaction to the shot and needs treatment. Didnt they tell you what side effects are normal and wich ones are not and when to bring him back if something happens? A good vet will usually tell you things like that. But call the vet or an emergency vet right away before something terrible happens to you dog.

I've raised dogs for years and none have ever done that after their shots, it sounds like a reaction to one of them, you need to call an emergency vet...don't wait. Hope it gets better soon

Call your vet asap. He could be alergic to the shots he got.
