All I remember is the main cast was a bunch of girls who were involved with the occult. And there was a scene where they were doing a tarot reading and one of there readings was The Devil? And it had demons and was very occult.

My guesses are Little Witches, The Coven, or Equinox Knocks.. but I don't recall the specific scene.. out of the three I'd say The Coven is most likely..
In little witches they are in catholic school and find a well under the building.. with an old book of magic..
The Coven a girl goes undercover when her sister is killed at school.. She finds out that her sister was into alot more than she thought.. dealing with occult rituals.. some fairly tame, and some not..
Equinox Knocks is least likely, if the Hot Chick was made on almost no budget (and earlier) .. add more occult/magic influence.. and you got this movie which was released by First Rites pictures..
It could be a scene from the movie Drawing Down the Moon.. I don't remember her using Tarot.. but, it's not impossible.. .. .. no demons.. but some really weak looking drug dealers..

It is Little Witches (1996)
Six misfit schoolgirls at an all-girl Catholic high school, left alone at the school for Easter week, get mixed up with the occult and witchcraft after an old Satanic temple is found underneath the church where they attend as well as an old book of black magic spells for conguring up a ancient demon from the pits of Hell. Janie, the most characteristic and crulest of the girls, takes charge of the group and plots to resurrect the demon using a series of black arts spells, while one innocent girl, Faith, has a change of heart and tries to stop them from completing their spell which also includes a human sacrafice.

'The Craft' was what I first thought of too.........but there are no demons in that movie, nor a scene of them doing a tarot reading that I can remember.......???
