In Dehli, India, on the basis of a TV channel sting operation Uma Khurana, a married school teacher was arrested under the provisions of THE IMMORAL TRAFFIC (PREVENTION) ACT for indulging in sex racket & engaging young school girls or school pass out girls for prostitution. She has a businessman husband & two children. She has failed to get any lawyer to defend her, & none of her kin’s came for her defense. She has not only brought the womanhood but even the noble profession of teaching in shame. After this case against her is over, if she is found guilty & had served the punishment for her offence under the relevant provisions of law how she will face her husband & specially her children? What the women in general think about her act & what severe punishment she deserve for her act, not from legal point of view but from their own prospective what they suggest should be done in her case. My wife had suggested she should be hanged till dead. What you ladies think about this?

In my opinion if she is really involved in this serious matter than she should come infront of media and say sorry to all the families suffered, including her own family for giving them such a trouble and pain, and she should get punishment . She deserve this because saying sorry is something she can always do but it doesnt mean that she will get peace after that. She should realise what she has done and there is no place for her in this society because there is no apologies for what she has done.

Matter of fact is she will never be able to give respect back to those girls who have already been suffered and in this world there is nothing more than the one's respect.

Thanks for asking this question. You cant imagine how Iam feeling today for this woman. I dont know whether its a justice with ather women to call her WOMAN or not.

I dont know............. Its all awful........so weird............

Loads of people think that we should find out the reasons behind that .she is living in between animals.. why she has done this? and bla bla bla......but I think whatever the reasons were she has no rights to mess up with others life .... she has done wrong with others and its totally unacceptable, no matter what reasons and compulsions she was facing.... I am a lady too and I can understand a woman's problem... I know there are hundreds of problems we have to face just because we are women, but I truly believe that I cant even think of this what she has done.....She should be ashamed of herself.

Recently at Bangalore there was a conference against Female Foticide, where Pramila Nisargi a lead Feminist began distributing a palmplet where she accused women too to be responsible for Female Foticide and due to a ruckus created by the Fanatic Feminists she was forced to withdraw it. The fact of them hiding that Women too are a cause for the evil in the society points to their selfish interests!!

Renuka Chowdary who is the Union Minister of Women and Child Welfare is herself a Divorcee and has instigated her Daughter to be a Divorcee. Is encouragement to be a Divorcee in the best of the welfare and benifits of women?

See this link where Renuka who talks of Women not being used as a commodity this is what she does - http://www.greatandhra.com/gossips/may2007/ramsels_renuka.php

Both Man and Women are humans and not all humans are good and not all are bad!!

In this story of this Woman teacher we do not know on if her husband too was a party to it or not?? We have also not been told by the Media (that has been publishing only certain part of spicy stories) of others involvement - since this definitly cannot be a one person scheme!! - This lady may be a culprit but the Feminists and the NCW and other Feminist organisations would claim that she still is a victim !!

Has Girija Vyas (another Teacher and a Fanatic Feminist) another Divorcee who has been encouraging Divorces in India been punished for her Petrol Pump Scam??

These People like Renuka and Girija Vyas are only interested in the destruction on innocent women making them Divorcees (prostitutes by making them seek alimony, maintenance and settlement) and thus destroying 100s of families and thus the Indian Society and India!!

Thank you for your query. I would first start by saying that no one who was created is perfect. This lady/Teacher was doing exactly very bad instilling bad behavior in the society whilst a teacher is somebody who should teach good morals in all aspects of life on top of his main knowledge transfer to the pupil. However; we should not take her for a devil amongst us but now that the law has taught her a lesson, we should allow her to see and take a totally changed drive in life with our support which should be entailed with love. Our work/ or the law will be meaningless if we don't give time for a changed person after the course of punishment and the law is there for rehabilitation of such a like persons. If today God rose with an iron hand against any wrong doer then my dear I can assure you that no one under the sun will stand this. Let us give our due love to this mama who must be changed as she come out of the hand of the law. Instead of severe punishment great and tender care should be accorded with our support in making her see and take life differently otherwise we will be totally wrong.

Many thanks

I would like to ask first that being a teacher and having a good family background what was the need for her to be involved in such a racket if she is?
But having a family i would say no matter it is man or a woman one need to be honest to each other so kids future is not on stake.
It is really a shame if she has done something like this being a teacher. If she did it only for money and pleasure i think she deserve a punishment. and her biggest punishment will be keep her away from the kids. If that they really matter to them.

Difficult to believe that this woman was doing all such stuff single handedly without any support from heavyweight people.
I mean how can she do such stuff without the law or others noticing the wrongdoings, its very difficult. India has too many people, she would be dealing with clients, girls etc. in such racket difficult to do this stuff alone without any "helping hand".
She should be punished but more importantly her clientele and support needs to be identified and finished off.
Because if she is just a pawn in a big game, chances are the real culprits find another teacher to do such stuff.

I think bad things happen everywhere and it stems from an empty place inside that we think money or fame or some other thing will fill. The truth is, in my opinion, only God can fill the vastness of the holes left in us by the garbage thrown on us in this world...I don't mean to sound overly religious - but we do look to the wrong things to fulfill us. If she has children and a businessman husband, I would think that money wasn't the main reason to do it. Lots of women think sex = love...it's not true...and even some sick people think they are doing others a favor by introducing them to this kind of lifestyle. All I know for certain is we can't know what's going on inside her and I wouldn't think she should be hanged, but she sure should have some kind of consequence and some help to work on this before she's free to do anything else. One should never involve the vulnerabilty of children in our own misguided attempts to self-soothe...

I do not know Indian laws. Prostitution is not legal in US. Child prostitution carries a "severe" punishment in US. If she is proved guilty in the court of law, she should be punished "maximum" as permitted by Indian laws. It is shameful that a teacher is involved like this just for the money. How low this woman can go?

I am not a lady. but would like to try to respond best I can do

She is Govt. employee and that too in the highest profession of teaching and that too as woman where all will pay respect and children will worship, but she has been in the immoral activity since Long...

This activity could be done for -pleasuring self or for Human trafficking(as charges are leveled against her now).

The pleasuring aspect calls for Psychological Treatment of Woman.

But Human Trafficking calls for legal actions. But This activity of woman must be under the knowledge of her husband.. The immoral activity must be being done for some gains, favors from Political world. from business world and from Mafia world, to Her or to Husband of this woman.. When the easy money comes . the habits change , with changed habits more craving for money comes. Status also is elevated in the eyes of society as money is only measure of Status in present world. So the Immoral activity was going on in previous school and continued also.

But what did her husband to stop her. what did the law did to stop her. was she not acting as just puppet of some one up there. ?
Was she not blackmailed into moving on this road leading to abysmal future?

Agencies and law and Leaders of society, Political parties and Religious leaders all have to get together to find why of this. instead of prclaiming only this woman a Criminal..

But who has time in Parliament. Left going to streets, Congress going to Reservation, BJP going for Ram Temple, and other small offshoots rallying for any thing...

Woman has always been weaker and will act under the compelling circumstances.

Wickedness lies with those who were using those innocent girls to satisfy their carnal desires. Govt want woman to be powerful but what about those mafia, corporat world and politicians who use woman as Entertainer at end of every buffet dinner, pollitical party meet, or get together in Five star hotels where special Halls are decorated only for this purpose.

No. woman also is worthy of punishment but roots are somewhere else. Unless rootes are not uprooted , there will be no Justice. There will be Judgement but no Justice.

From a moral point of view...she should be tried and hung for her crime, and it is a crime. Child prostituting. In my country, we have something called the Kangaroo court. Meaning...if the police/government wont protect the children from such crimes against them, then the people take the law into the own hands and protect the children.(by any means)

Child trafficking/prostitution/rape/abuse/neglect is a crime. Your wife is correct Vijay, unfortunately, a few countries put the childrens welfare first.
I have 1 question tho'...is this the absolute truth or just alleged. If this is true, it is one step back for womankind.

Unfortunate event in India. Things have gone out of bonds and bounds. All are helpless as Indian lack honesty and they are after making money by any means.Law has become mockery as the situation is that investigating agencies are also corrupt and law is not effective. This is plain and simple statement of facts. One may or may not agree but reality is not far off from this statement.
