Technically, Mazda did not make a 1985 model B2000. They ended the 84 model year, sold off remaining models and started selling the 86 in April of 1985. Your truck might have a 1985 manufacturing date, but it is not a 1985 model. It could be either an 84 or 86, first sold in 1985. Check the under hood sticker for the correct year of your truck.
If I remember correctly, the head torque is 70 ft/lbs. on both models. Head bolt size on 84 and earlier B2000s were 21 mm. and head bolts went through the rocker stands. 86 and later B2000s were either 17 or 19 mm. Rocker stands were held to head with separate bolts.
