first question would be are you eating a low carb diet? That is the #1 thing for PCO patients is low carb eating and keeping weight down. I lost 40 lbs and got pregnant. I was diagnosed with PCO 9 years ago and the meds didn't help me.

As for low sperm count, well sorry but there isn't much the dr can do about that. Your husband can try wearing boxers instead of briefs if he hasn't already. Don't smoke or do any drugs. Look at all the meds he may be on right now and make sure none of them affect sperm count (some meds do). If you can atleast can control of your PCO you could get more options to get pregnant but you need control of your body too. If you don't have any luck with loosing weight and looking into maybe IVF or AI then you may have to consider surogacy or adoption.

When I was trying to conceive, my husband had some issues with low sperm count, also. He had an enlarged varicocele vein that had to be snipped. I conceived 3 months later. The second child was my issue. I have PCOS and I was not ovulating. I just took a pill..well, 2 actually cuz the first one wasn't a strong enough dose. I conceived after 2 months. Don't give up. See another doctor if you're not having results with the one you have.

Just because your hubby has a low sperm count doesnt mean he has a NO sperm count! It only takes 1 sperm to make a baby and you need to remember that!!!! Tell your husband not to let the whole sperm count thing get him down, just as long as he's got a few olympic champions on the team, its fine!!
And as for you, you need to get a new doctor and get them to prescribe you some metformin / clomid if you have PCOS.
Me and my boyfriend have not given up hope (he has one testicle, I have PCOS) and we've been trying for nearly 4 years now. Don't lose hope!
You'll get what you desire if you just wait for it ;)

I HAD PCOS too. I was taking B.C. but because of past medical reasons, I couldn't take it anymore.

I planned to have my ovarier out and the night before I prayed to God and told him that If I was meant to be a mommy that he would find a way. For the first time I put it back in his hands and accepted that this was the only way to get rid of the pain

the next day I went for pre-op testing and a day later found out I WAS PREGNANT.

I almost passed out. I've not had any PCOS problems since my delivery.

I was then bleesed again through adoption. Remember God DOES have a plan and when you put it in his hands things start to happen.

Nice hat any one ever inform you that you just naked a hanging resemblance to Natalie Portman? I relatively do not know approximately that insects are disturbing and rightfully need to be pummeled into an insignificant afterthought after they're left a bloody mess. It is like this. Here is the way it is going down. I am the center-piece of a portrait being stricken through nagging bugs. While, one insect is watching a method and the opposite insect is watching the opposite direction. Both pondering on how they are gonna mess with me. To additional explain one is watching East the opposite is watching West and I am correct useless within the core. To shop me from being a canvas in their nagging I swat them to their inevitable deaths and I seem out at my public with a facial features that reads, "Whaddya wish from me." It effortlessly is a truth of lifestyles no longer simply homicide, however homicide for the correct reason :).
