Zero; however, I used to smoke around a pack a day before I quit. Now I think it's gross. I can't believe I used to smell like an ashtray all the time!

Well i was up to a pack a day. Shame on me huh!! I just went out and bought the patch and so tomorrow morning i will finally be smoke free. I am so ready to quit. Its a very nasty habit

I smoke zero a day but my husband smokes a pack a day (which is 20 I think). They are nasty and a terrible habit!!
