How is Lester Holt doing on Nbc new's as host?

Lester was so good doing the new's when he was in Chicago. I haven't been able to watch. So how is he doing on the weekend new's everyone?

He is doing really well. l always liked him on MSNBC and now weekend news and weekend Today. I like him much better than the one he replaced.
