I believe that I would put my family first and let my brother keep his life. If he takes away Tommy now Marcie and Michael will not make it. He has lied too many times and she will not be very forgiving. Besides Todd is great and I love his character but he doesn't want the baby because he loves it he wants the baby because it is his. He is so selfish sometimes and doesn't realize who will get hurt in the after math.

I would tell the truth. He is a policeman and if he wants to keep the secret then he should resign. He won't of course, but he should. Besides, it doesn't matter. Blair already told Todd, in front of John, that Tommy is his son.

John's in a no-win situation. He'll try to keep the truth to himself to protect Michael but in his heart he knows it'll come out. If I were John, I'd tell the truth. Why prolong the pain. Mike & Marci will sue for custody and Todd will do something stupid....like try to kidnap his kid.

I would try to use my connection with Blair and her connection to Todd to try to talk Todd into letting them keep Tommy since they are the only parents he knows. But knowing Todd that is not going to happen.

That's a tough one, but he took an oath when he became a cop, to do the right thing, as far as the law is concerned, and if he values his job, (which apparently he don't), he would!
If the shoe were on the other foot, would Michael let someone die, just to do right by his family? I mean, he also took an oath when he became a doctor, that first and formost, he will do anything and everything, to save someones life!
