When you are a good worker: 1.Personality conflicts. 2.Yes, I know it's illegal but discrimination still exists. 3. You may be slowing down and not realize it. 4.Your training at one store may not be the same at another and some managers feel it is easier to teach new than retrain. 5.Downsizing their staff. If you still want to work, don't let this get you down. You have 10 years under your belt and somewhere there is someone who will appreciate it. Good Luck.

Dear, could it be that you fried yourself? Or did you mean to say fired? If you were fired there was most likely a good reason, go talk to the head man and figure out what you did wrong, to prevent making the mistake again, good luck.

If you were working in McDonald's for TEN years before you got fried, consider it a blessing in disguise that it's time to move on. Time to start taking care of yourself and working in a healthy environment, not in a place that serves dead cow flesh to people dressed up with "special sauce." (By the way, I like it that you said "fried" instead of "fired,"-- it fits the fast "food" industry.)

Hello:
Being lazy?
Stealing money out of the cash register?
Not showing up for work when you are supposed to?
Not washing your hands?
Being rude or catty towards customers?
Constantly getting food orders wrong?
Sitting down on the job?

A lot of people want to work there, so they have this deep pool of eager kids to choose from, with not many rights amongst their hired help which isn't unionized.
If you can't keep up with what some people can keep up with, then you are gone. Best you avoid that company entirely, I mean don't even eat there.

Just come right out and ask the boss... Were you late, rude to the customers, rude to fellow employees, etc.

I guess you can get fried on the job if you fall into the frier. They may fire you for that.

I think you need to ask your boss. Ask him/her what you should do differently in your next job.
