Dish detergent, then rinse with HOT water, and it will be gone, guaranteed.

Try brake cleaner or carb cleaner. Spray on a paper towel & wipe off the window, being careful not to get it on the paint( may dull/damage it). Then clean with a good glass cleaner.

Dish soap in warm water and a dish cloth or squee-gee.

Good Luck!

P.S. Or use some Simple Green.
