In my opinion - NO. There are many movies out there which I find much better. But that is MY opinion.
No offence, but I found your type of question are simply due to having watched a really good movie so it is fresh in you rmind and you are emotionally involved so - to you - at this moment - it IS the best movie of all time.
I have heard this type of question by many people right after LOTR, Transformers, Harry Potter, Pirates 1,2,3 have been released in the cinema. They were the "best movie ever" ..... until another big block buster comes out. Then the other movies become "best ever" for them - having forgotten they said that about something else only a month ago.
That is just human nature.
You will also ask this question again about another movie - after you see it in the near future.

I'm really glad you enjoyed 'Titanic' so much. The cinema has such great power to excite, move, educate, and entertain us. I hope you will enjoy many more movies in the future.
I enjoy a lot of different kinds of movies, from blockbusters to obscure 'arthouse' films. I loved "The Departed", the Harry Potter series and "Pirates of the Caribbean" but I also treasure films by Jean Cocteau, such as "Orpheus in the Underworld" and surrealist experimental films by Luis Bunuel.
The recent Australian films "Noise", "Jindabyne", and "Romulus, My Father" all gave me great pleasure in different ways.
I enjoyed the Simpsons movie, the Mr Bean movie, La Vie en Rose, and No Reservations.
I'm sure I'm also going to enjoy:
"This is England", set in the UK in the 1980s, with great music.
"Dr Plonk" by Rolf de Heer, a new silent comedy inspired by Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin, et al.
"Die Hard 4".

No Way. Even for movies about the Titanic "A Night to Remember" is better.

The correct answer is YOUR opinion. If you believe that Titanic is the best movie ofall time, then yes it's the best movie of all time.
Citizen Kane is considered the best movie of all time by critics and such.
My PERSONAL best, is Pulp Fiction.
