my dad just took a test and it came out as we thought that he had 40% American Indian in him which means i have 20% and i know you can get money for being American Indian for the "white man" taking our land how can i go about doing this?

You have to get on a tribal role.

and NO you don't get money "just for being indian"

A "Federally Recognized" TRIBE gets money for the natural resources it sells to the govt.

For example my people have timber land, forest products, the govt pays less then fair market value but i guess it's something. NeWayz.

If your TRIBE has these resources and your ENROLLED, then you MIGHT get something. Some tribes don't have anything.

Federally Recognized tribes get 'commodity food' most of it's nasty but the beef is OK
IHS, Indian Health Service , although County is probably safer depending where you are.

If all your after is money, you should have kept what you paid for the DNA test, it probably average out about the same.

As of last Friday, NO "Federally Recognized" Tribe takes DNA for Enrollment Purposes.
