My friend's sister did, she had 6 children and wanted to make sure she didn't have any more, at least until the younger ones had got a bit older. She had it removed because of pain and found out she was six months pregnant!
BTW the baby was born completely healthy.

I know someone who did after 5 children. I think they called it a tubal pregnancy and had to abort the baby. She was devastated.
