That question sounds kind of dumb, but my hair is 17 inches and im a 16 year old black male and Im 5'3".What Im saying is can it interfere with your height,cause people say it does.

Assuming you are receiving proper nutrition and medical care, your height is determined by genetics (and posture), It has nothing to do with how often you cut your hair.

The only way it could effect your height is if you have it all standing straight up when you measure, they you would be off by 17 inches.

your hair is 17 inches long??? cut it off! that is way too long for a guys hair. it has nothing to do with your height.
