I need help on getting a divorce. he has told me to move. i am not financial able. he does not want to give me anything. i nwill be broke and homeless. No car etc. He says he will not pay a dime even if a court makes him. I can not find or afford a lawyer. I wnt alimony.medical,his retirement,sell of home,life insurances,social security. any lottery winnings,then and future. he plays faithfully.

Call a lawyer and explain what is going on, weather or not your husband wants to pay or not wont be up to him in the long run.

Perhaps you should go to a social assistance office and apply for financial help there. They will probably find you a free of charge lawyer who will help you get all the money and property that you are entitled to from your husband.
And if your husband still doesn't pay. Then all you have to do is go back to the social assistance office and ask for help again. And then your husband will be in trouble with the government and not just with you.

Whoa, there girl. Slow down. First you need to find yourself an attorney who will willing to work for you for free. You don't have to move out of the marital home until you're divorced. If you can't afford an attorney, your lawyer will try to get your husband to pay. Alimony or any divorce settlement is up to the judge, not you. As far as getting future lottery winnings; dream on girl!

I dont know about other countries laws on divorce I know from an american friend the husband pay's allimony and child support .
From Australian law you stay in the house and force him to leave and pay child support and utilities until the judge forces the house to be sold but if it's a rental he has to leave.
cant help with lottery or anything like that ring legal aid and find out all your legal rights and make the sucker pay if he was a mean nasty a** hole.cant find a lawyer please do you live in the bush? directory girly directory.

Girl go to court and let them enforce this on him, he said he won't pay but you know what? he will I wish it was that easy to ignore court orders if it was that easy they would not be court or court procedures, they will give him an amount to pay you and if he doesn't then that is going to be his ass's... don't worry about it.. you will get what belongs to you, and another thing he can't live you homeless is illegal try to get you a public defender ask in the courthouse they will give you one.. usually those lawyers don't be too good but this is an easy case and it should run by it self, the lawyer just makes it look better.. good luck fight for your rights..

Pack your stuff SLOWLY. Collect any and all financial statements that you can find or that arrive in the mail, and any paycheck stub you can find... that will help in getting community property... 1/2 of all assets accrued during the marriage.
You are in abuse. Go to a local shelter for abused women.
In Houston we have the Houston Area Women's Center, which also offers counseling and legal help as well as a place to sleep. You can springboard from there into a job to support yourself.

what if you marry someone else who's impotent? you have a 2 years old son with this man and after 3 years you want to leave him. he'z agreed to go see a doctor and yet doesnt know that you would apply for a divorce. are you interested in someone else?

You can get help from a legal aid office. They are listed in the phone book.They will help you fill out the paperwork for very little money. You're going to have to get a job asap.

you can't get anything after divorce but while you are married you get half of what has and both you got during the mar rage and he wants the divorce let him pay for it and your lawyer too please email me let me know how you make out good luck

they will assit u..
u will get alimony..
yes, it wants u to crawl and beg,, u are helpless..
go live with a family member until u get on ur feet.. and DON'T TAKE HIM BACK,,, HAVE MORE PRIDE THAN TO DO SO..
