Since I have a Dreamcast and finally wanted to play my classics on my PC,I just got it setup and all but when I play a game or when the Dreamcast logo appears,it's blocky, bland and impossible to read text or see figures in clear view.

I read around and found out that it does not run well on Intel Graphics cards. And I found out I have Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family (Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset).

Well whatever that is-is there a solution other than buying another graphics card like another emulator?

There are a couple other Dreamcast emulators. You can download them from here:

I don't know that they will work any better, though. You could try a different video plugin as well ( I can't remember if Chankast supports plugins, but most emulators of later consoles do).

If you put a bit more money into your build you could pick up a Radeon 7970. It's $400 which I'm pretty sure is around 300 Euros. That sign is Euros right? lol
