I am not saying that Craig didn't intend to do anything in that bathroom in the airport because he probably did, but there's nothing lewd about what he did before we was arrested. There was no money in his hand and he didn't say anything. I think the officer jumped the gun on the arrest and if I were a member of a jury and I had to decide guilty or not guilty on this charge I would say not guilty due to lack of evidence...it's like stopping someone for shoplifting before they leave the store...the person can always say he intended to pay.
