Oooops, wrong processor and wrong graphics card.

That motherboard deserves an Intel E6600 but should still be fine even with an E6300. The board also deserves a Geforce 8800 series card or ATI equivalent if you plan X-fire later on.

Two problems.

One
The video card is not compatible with the motherboard. You will need a PCI Express X16 card, and the one you linked to is an 8x AGP card.

Also since you have a crossfire motherboard, your natural choice would be an ATI based video card. ATI cards use crossfore, and Nvidia cards use SLI. You can use an Nvidia in that motherboard but you won't be able to add a second card.

Here is what I would suggest instead:

Its the best performing video card for under $200 that you will find, and its crossfire compatible, so you can add a second one later on.

Two.
You have an Intel motherboard and an AMD Processor. You basically have two choices here - switch to an AMD based board and save some money, in which case I would suggest this one:

Use the $80 you saved to get two more GB of RAM.

Or, If you'd prefer to stay with the Intel board get this Processor instead:

It will perform as well as the AMD processor, but its about 50 dollars more.

Yes everything will work, except for the processor.

You have an Intel motherboard, but you have an AMD processor.

I recommend this:

This is an AMD motherboard. Since intel processors tend to get a bit pricey, its best to get an AMD processor with and AMD motherboard.

This motherboard will support everything else you have, so get rid of the intel motherboard you were gonna get and get this one. (Your last link is the bad motherboard).

Good luck and I hope you get your PC together.

Your video card isn't really compatible with your motherboard. At all, as far as I can tell. You've selected an AGP video card but your motherboard doesn't have an AGP slot. Not to mention your motherboard is Crossfire-enabled (ATI) and you have an nVidia video card. I'd get a different motherboard.
