Not by a long shot ... lol ... but it was a noble effort and at least you tried to do something - which is more than I can say for most who binge like that! The only thing that would burn off that many calories would be aerobic exercise. Someone above said 30 minutes, but it would take more like 45 to 60 minutes because of all the bad fats and calories.
If this is not the "norm" for you than I wouldn't "sweat" it. (Pun intended, lol). We all have the right to go crazy now and again. If it's something you are doing every night, however, than it's a habit you are gonna have to work to break. Especially because eating like that at night is THE worst time to do it! It will go directly to your fat stores because you have no time to burn it off.
If it was just a rare treat then I hope you enjoyed it ... if not at least try and do that stuff early on in the day so you can work more of it off! =)

Ooh it's okay if it didn't. To tell ya the truth, before bed, I usually take a bag of chips to bed and eat, so it's okay. I'm sure it got rid of some of the calories :)

No... to burn that many calories, you need to do at least 30 minutes of exercise, and get your heart rate up into Zone 4 (for your body size), for that time duration.
Dd this happen?

Doing this once or once in a while won't effect your weight. Doing it all the time however, might.
