It kinda has a gospel feel to it and it sounds kinda like some songs from the Matrix movies. Its a choir with drums. They also play it during commercials about upcoming games when rivals are playing.

It's to the chorus of the R&B song Na Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye by the fake band (studio compulation under a band name) Steam. The rest of the very mellow song doesn't match the chorus at all.
