Whether you believe in rituals or not, the spirit of metal may be summoned to restore balance in your living space - try this harmless procedure;
Buy or make 48 aluminum cut-outs in various shapes and hang them all from the ceiling over your bed. Tape a layer of foil to the bottom of your box spring for the whole area of the bed.
Gather metal items and place them around the room on tables and shelves (VCR, DVD, computer, lamps, sculpture, etc.).
Sleep in total darkness; let no outside light enter the room. Use foam earplugs to block any noise; put them in your ears 1 hour before going to sleep. Allow enough time to wake naturally because you will not hear the alarm clock.
If this does not help, consider moving to another city.

Well I'm having a problem sleeping now. I'm going to try playing on Yahoo for a little while and answer some emails. Then I will watch TV. I will eventually fall asleep.

Go to church and listen to a boring preacher. There is nothing worse than trying to stay awake in a quite place like that.

I know this may seem a little different but, when I try not to fall asleep, that is when I fall asleep the fastest. Try it, you might just find yourself in dreamland before you know it.
Bless You

Climb into bed with a really, really boring book.
Trust me, it works like a charm.
