I know it`s probably been asked LOADS of times, but, SOME of the people here really get my goat!!!!....WHY , apart from the obvious ( to some people) do EVERYONE have a hate campaign against a beautiful gurls mommy and daddy????....makes no sense to me!!!!....why isn`t the HATE aimed at those who have taken an innocent child????....the mind boggles!!!!

Hasn`t it always been said that Madeleine was `snatched`????....then why get on to a guys case when he says it too????....WE KNOW via Sky news ect she HAS been snatched....why is he wrong and why does he have to prove his case????....espesh to you!!!!

freethinker....nice you are all having coffee on your cozy family morning and REALLY good to know you are perfect, crack on hun, sure your kids would all say the same....shame really isn`t it that Madeleines parents are the spawn of the devil and you are God....never mind, shame she wasn`t yours eh, cos she would still be here now, you wouldn`t have gone 100 yards away while your kids were tucked up in bed and you felt they were safe....COURSE NOT....I will sleep better knowing you are around....THANKYOU....BTW....i`me one of 5, from a HUGE FAMILY and have 4 kids myself, still stuff up tho sometimes....it`s called LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....and if you do believe in the Bible, doesn`t it say you shouldn`t judge????....SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes and no. It only annoys me when people have tunnel vision and only seem to focus on one aspect of this case. The children were left in the apartment on their own. OK! It is a factor that has put a lot of people off the parents.
If you look at the big picture it is a side issue. One that can be dealt with after the little girl is found. No-one is saying that it is not an issue but to try to put it to one side. This one issue seem to be clouding a lot of peoples judgement.
Their are no Pro-McCann's on here. Just some sensible people who have managed to put this one issue aside for the time being. There is absolutely no need for the slanderous remarks that are being flung at them for no reason other than this one issue. The mind does boggle at times at some of the things that have been said on here about them. Why? None of them know these people, except for what they read in the media. What difference does it make in helping find little Maddie for God's sake. None of it matters until this little girl is found. Can they not understand that!
I am a rational human being and I don't know or care what these people have done at this precise moment. I just want them to find this lovely little girl. Emotionally battering these people over the head with caustic remarks, speculation and rumour is NOT going to bring Maddie back. It is achieving nothing. Some of the things said have been so cruel and mind blowingly insensitive, it beggars belief.
WHY? That is all I want to know. WHY? How is it going to bring Maddie back. Will someone please tell me this?

As far as we know there is no certainly that the child was abducted by a stranger. The general public are aware of no evidence that points conclusively to this. The only certainty is that a young child was not where she was supposed to be and has not been seen since. There is therefore always the possibility that one or more of the parents or one or more of the holiday group were involved in the little girls disappearance. There are several inconsistencies relating to such things as how often and when the room was checked, the condition of the entrances to the room, and the initial response to the discovery of the disappearances. Equally people are pouring over the words and body language of the McCanns and finding areas for concern. As far as I'm aware police have not officially ruled the McCanns out. I for one am not making accusations that the McCanns are involved but they can not be above suspicion and I believe their actions are fuelling the suspicions of more and more people. Coupled with the fact that they left their three children to go to a public bar in a different building the world 'blame' can easily be added in more than one context.

Absolutely not. The bottom line will always be that they left 3 children alone so they could go off and enjoy themselves with friends. Who else is there to blame? If they had not gone out their little girl would not be missing. It is as simple as that. No matter how hard you try you cannot justify their actions nor the circus they have since created.

Because if they had not left the children alone in the first place,none of this would have happened. To my mind a family holiday is just that. Family spending time all together, not children being left in a creche and then put to bed early so adults could party.

Its been asked loads of times and been answered loads of times.The Mcanns left 3 children under 4 years old in an unlocked room in a foreign country.They did this not because they were forced into doing it but because they wanted to go out enjoying themselves with friends something apparently they did regularly.They said they were going back every half hour to check on the children.In half an hour the two younger ones could have chocked or had a fall.The 4 year old could have wandered out of the room onto a main road and either got lost or knocked down and killed.The parents who are supposedly intelligent professional people showed a distict lack of intelligence and proffesionalism in leaving these three children as they did.Most of the answers I have seen on this subject have been answered along those lines.That is not hate but a statement of fact and although I disagree with some of the statements made by a lot of people on this site I can also see why there is a lot of animosity toward the parents.IF you have ever had children you will know that at that age you NEVER leave them alone at that age they are totally dependant on their parents and not just against people who want to take them.If you also look at some of the OFFICIAL statements from the police they have said they believe the little girl was killed in the appartment and then moved to wherever she is now which throws an awful lot of doubt on some of the statements comming from the parents and friends.

No Michelle...it doesn't annoy me, it doesn't even sadden me that there are such twisted people in this world. People who have no regard for the feelings of a family devastated by tragedy are a disgrace to humanity, they spew their venom thinly veiled as free speech and yet they have no idea of the principles of free speech.
so no...not angry, not sad, not even worth giving them a second thought.

i wish she was home with her parents also i pray every night in silence for her safe return but on the other hand i ask myself could she be being held in a place where nobody would be able to see or find her or could she of been shipped to another country as a child slave for believe it or not it still go's on in certain countrys for grown ups too but children bring a better price dont get me wrong i dont aggree with this sort of thing infact i believe all life is sacred but i also believe they should bring the death penalety back for there was less crime then .remember the parents should never give up hope like the ones of the boy that vanished years ago then they found him again nearly full grown in a forien country my prayers an hope go out to them

In part it annoys me, but, for the main, it saddens me, and honestly their vileness and cruelty make me feel the world is a scarier place, just knowing how heartless they are capable of being, how lacking in conscience, compassion, kindness or understanding. I knew people like this existed, but so many, and all together!. We are all aware of the fact that the McCanns left Maddie in a vulnerable position whilst they dined. Yet they repeat it endlessly, ad naseum, , as if they have discovered/understood some complicated hieroglyphics. We know the few facts that have been made available, we understand. I've made worse mistakes in my life, I believe I'm right in saying, so has every one I know.. however, it's like they choose stick at the first opportunity to prove how wonderful they are, how they and they alone are 'The decent citizens', they hurl the words, abuse, neglect, they talk endlessly about taking the twins into care, they talk of imprisonment, their self-righteouness brings out in me feellings I thought I had mastered and got a handle on, basically they sicken me. They bleat about seeing the larger picture and being open minded!, they have not given brain space to thinking any further than a solitary factor, no true consideration and a black heart ( how else would you view the world this way?, how else would you add to the sorrow?) Although I'm sure most people don't blame the parents for her disappearance, they are annoyed that they were idiotic enough to leave her alone whilst they went out to dinner. That is certainly not what a responsible parent would do.
I think because the Police have failed to turn up a suspect, people direct their anger at the parents instead - its an emotional rather than a subjective reaction.
