The fact is there are at least 500 million people alive in each astrological sign. That is, there are 500 million Aries. 500 million Taurus. 500 million Gemini... etc.
Do you believe that reading applied to everyone in your sign?
There seems to be some basis for events/personality being connected to astrology, but certainly not through a general sign reading that applies equally to millions of different people all over the world.
Nevertheless, the people who write those columns have been able to earn a living that way.

The thing is, horoscopes tend to say things like this: 'You have a need for other people to like and admire you, and yet you tend to be critical of yourself. While you have some personality weaknesses, you are generally able to compensate for them. You have considerable unused capacity that you have not turned to your advantage. Disciplined and self-controlled on the outside, you tend to be worrisome and insecure on the inside. At times you have serious doubts as to whether you have made the right decision or done the right thing. You prefer a certain amount of change and variety and become dissatisfied when hemmed in by restrictions and limitations. You also pride yourself as an independent thinker and do not accept others' statements without satisfactory proof. But you have found it unwise to be too frank in revealing yourself to others. At times you are extroverted, affable, and sociable, while at other times you are introverted, wary, and reserved. Some of your aspirations tend to be rather unrealistic.' Which of course can apply to almost everyone, but sounds specific enough to make people think that it's some kind of magic. This sort of trickery is called 'Cold Reading' if you want to find out more. So as you can tell, I think they're fake.

Well, if you went to an astrologer or a psychic then yeah, you have a better chance to make a move on the person you're interested in. But if you were just reading the local news paper or what ever then I would think twice about following those instructions, those type of readings are too generalized. But if you're really interested in this person, then make your move, the stars may be smiling down at you!

You believe it or not ,things are already predecided and written on the horoscope. Only thing is that you have now access to know some thing about what is now in store for you..positive vibrations develop in the direction you believe.hence be always positive.
