Beats me but that's the impression I get. When an illegal can go to the head of the line and US military personnel are told to go to the back of the line you've got to know there is something fundamentally wrong going on.
I would say that Dems and liberals are such self-hating Americans that they actually think illegal aliens are above the military. Does their hatred extend that far? The proof is in what they do.

The democrats love to have as many ignorant voters as possible because it is easier to fool them. The less a person can understand reality the more likely they are to vote for democrats. Those who manage to learn the truth change parties to republican because they understand democrats just talk about being for the poor. Look at all the leaders in the democratic party. Kennedy, Kerry, Clinton, Gore, Edwards and Pelosi. They talk the talk but do not walk the walk. If a poor person gets around them they have their security guards shield them. The only contact Kennedy has with a poor person is when he has to pick up booze at a store on the way home from congress or on the way to congress.

As the Democrats see it, the voting majority of the future is the current crop of illegal immigrants and the children they are having here (natural born citizens). They are cultivating their loyalty now so that once they pass the amnesty bill (under whatever wording they decide to use), they will have an easier time getting them to register as Democrats. All they are really doing is sowing the roots to make sure they stay in power for a long time.

Two things, they pander to the illegals because they see them as a voting block. Being a illegal (or dead) never stopped said person from casting a vote for a Democrat.
Second, the Left despises the military. Just look at who they ran for president in 2004! You can't possibly be more anti-military than John Kerry!

Well, all I know is that I care about people period. I do believe that our laws should be followed, however; if that's the case then many (if not all) of our politicians should be kicked out of office.
After all, isn't it politicians who pass these laws? Democrats aren't the only ones. Republicans do the same thing. They all sleep in the same bed.

this sounds stupid and i highly doubt it happened that way if at all but what the hell....

anyway i would rather give discounts to both but id probably give it o an illegal immigrant first because they are suffering and trying to find a better life and more opportunity. a soldier will most likely be compensated and be able to support himself one way or another - they have several sources for education and opportunity. the immigrant doesnt.
thats the problem with conservatives like you - the question shouldnt be 'why care more abour foreigners than true americans?'
the question should be 'who cares about human beings in general and who needs help the most? who will be fine on their own?'
